Okaa I am just starting to do this little Magazine section ..from different zines .. these Upbeats were a lot outta Oklahoma..and then added a branch in the DFW area... These are from Nancys (nancy soxx)..collection .. I will try to add anything of interest..unfortunatly like many other Mags ..they used big stars on the cover to draw the eye. Not that I don't like Springstein but, well ..he ain't punk eh ? On some of the following issues .. these guys got wise .. sporting covers with the likes of Tina Weymouth of The Talking Heads .. anyway understanding versatility we continue forward !
